1. Who is responsible

Vureqaxo Vault Room is an independent two-person project operating the website at vureqaxo.info. We decide what limited personal data is processed here, which makes us the data controller for the purposes of general data protection law. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The short version

We do not run user accounts, we do not process payments, and we do not sell or share information with advertising networks. The only personal data we ever hold is what you deliberately type into the contact form and send to us by email.

3. Information you give us

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name or handle you supply, your email address, the topic you select and the body of your message. We keep that correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful and then delete it. We do not add senders to a marketing list without a separate, explicit request.

4. Information stored on your device

The scratch bench writes your token tray, cards played and best card into your browser's local storage. The age confirmation writes a single yes flag. This information never reaches our servers, is not readable by us, and disappears the moment you clear site data for this domain.

5. Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard access logs containing the requesting IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent string. These logs exist to keep the site online and to investigate abuse. They are rotated automatically and we do not attempt to link them to individuals.

6. No financial data

Vureqaxo Vault Room accepts no payments of any kind. There is no cashier, no card form, no wallet integration and no cryptocurrency. If a page ever asks you for payment details, it is not ours.

7. Third parties

The site is deliberately built without analytics platforms, embedded advertising, social widgets, hosted fonts or content delivery networks. Everything the page needs is served from this domain. The only third party involved is our hosting provider.

8. Your rights

You may ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Because we hold so little, most requests are resolved in a single reply. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly correspond with minors. If you believe a child has sent us a message, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we update the review date at the top. Material changes are also mentioned in the monthly dispatch for anyone subscribed to it.
