There is no ticketing system and no chatbot. Messages land in a shared inbox that both of us read, usually within two working days. Bug reports with a browser name are especially welcome.

Response times
Monday to Thursday we usually reply the same day. Friday messages tend to be answered on Monday. We do not work weekends, and we do not pretend to.
Before you write
If your tray reset itself, check whether your browser clears local storage on exit or whether you were browsing privately. That accounts for the overwhelming majority of lost-progress reports.
